The heart of the North Country, located in New York State, is the home to the Timeless family of companies. Our CEO, Lisa Weber planted our seeds of growth when she bought a small picture frame manufacturing company in 1999.

In 1999, Timeless Frames was comprised of seven team members producing ready made picture frames for retail store customers. While so many US manufacturers moved their operations overseas, this homegrown team was determined to stay in their beloved North Country.

The Timeless Team grew quickly. The demand for our quality picture frames exploded and our team grew to over 100 team members. In the spring of 2005, one of our largest customers expressed a need for custom framing fulfillment and the seeds for Timeless Decor were sown.

Timeless Frames and Timeless Decor quickly became over 200 team members strong and Timeless Decor was recognized as the largest single site custom framing facility in the country. Over 100 certified custom picture framers have custom framed everything from certified original works of art to baby christening gowns.

Every item is treated like a cherished piece of irreplaceable art. Whether it's a child’s artwork or a hole-in-one golf ball, we understand that our customer treasures it.

The newest member of our family, Timeless Expressions, was a natural progression, offering top quality digital services anywhere in the country. We now service millions of customers who want to preserve their memories in a custom frame, in a photo book, on a coffee mug or in an online photo album. We don’t just hang customer service motto on our walls, or talk about customer satisfaction; we aim to delight our customers and we deliver!

In 2009, we celebrated our 10th anniversary of growth in the North Country. over the years, we have continued to grow producing picture frames, custom framing artwork, and providing world-class digital services. Most importantly we have continued to stay focused on our customers’ needs. We work hard and play well together and we’re proud of our North Country roots!
